well, you're ahead of me!
I've been to a few on your list. Rich and I did Washington DC for our anniversary a couple of years ago. It was very inexpensive and most of the museums, etc are handicap accessible- You should defintely plan to go! Most of the exhibits and attractions are free so you only have to pay for a hotel and food. You can find hotels during the week for only about $70 a night. You can get a lot done in one weekend and it's only a four to five hour drive- GO!
